The Circuit
I have wanted to run a few 5k runs and what not this summer. I don't really enjoy running, but it can be important. It is good for the 'cardio', but bad for the knees and ankles, especially running on asphalt. So I am on the 'disorder circuit'. I ran for organ donors a few weeks ago and am running for Susan G Koman on Mother's Day. I am trying to get on board for the Brandywine Mud Run in June, but I am not sure. The cost to register is $50 and it is a 10 miler. Crazy!
